greek_dude. And in honour of him, I'm going to post my reply to this meme in both English and Greek.
* Each blogger starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
* Bloggers that are tagged need to write on their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
* At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
1. Έχω πάντα ένα μέρος στο δωμάτιό μου (αυτήν την περίοδο ένα συρτάρι), στο οποίο μαζεύω τα άχρηστα χαρτιά που θέλω να πάω για ανακύκλωση. Συνήθως περνάει τουλάχιστον χρόνος μέχρι να το κάνω.
2. Στη σχολική μου τσάντα, την οποία παίρνω στη σχολή τις ημέρες του εργαστηρίου, έχει ξεμείνει αρκετή σαβούρα, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του μαθητικού μου πάσου από το σχολικό έτος 2005-2006.
3. Λόγω ενός διαβόητου emoticon στο MSN, το 90% των φορών που θέλω να γράψω shift, καταλήγω να γράφω shifty. (Το έκανα και τώρα μόλις.)
4. Δεν έχω αφίσες στο δωμάτιό μου γιατί λυπόμουν να τις κολλήσω με σελοτέιπ. Μετά άμα τις ξεκόλλαγα θα χάλαγαν οι άκρες.
5. Το μπουρνούζι μου είναι παλ πράσινο, και με τα χρόνια έχει γίνει ακόμα πιο παλ.
6. Είμαι της άποψης ότι για κάθε ρούχο και αξεσουάρ πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να διαθέτεις ένα τουλάχιστον σε μαύρο. Ακόμα δεν έχω συγχωρέσει στον εαυτό μου το γεγονός ότι δεν έχω πάρει ένα μαύρο κασκόλ.
7. Το ζώδιο μου, ο Ταύρος, είναι ζώδιο της Γης. Όσο το σκέφτομαι, τόσο πείθομαι ότι η Γη είναι το στοιχείο που μου ταιριάζει περισσότερο από τα τέσσερα.
8. Θέλω να κάνω 3 παιδιά. Ή τουλάχιστον, έτσι λέω τώρα, που είμαι ανύπαντρη και άτεκνη.
1. There's always a place in my room (at this time it's a drawer) where I keep useless papers I want to recycle. It usually takes me over a year to take them to the recycle bin.
2. In my schoolbag, which I take to uni on lab days, there's a whole load of useless crap I haven't thrown away yet, including my student transports pass from the 2005-2006 school year.
3. Thanks to an infamous MSN emoticon, 90% percent of the times I want to type "shift", I end up typing "shifty". (I only just managed to stop myself now, but I did it in the Greek version.)
4. I don't have posters up in my walls because I didn't want to use tape on them. Then their edges would be torn if I decided to take them down.
5. My bathrobe is pale green, and has gotten even paler over the years.
6. I believe that you must have at least one black one of every piece of clothing and accessory. I keep mentally telling myself off for not having bought a black scarf yet.
7. My zodiac sign, Taurus, is an Earth sign. The more I think about it, the more I believe that, of all four elements, Earth is the one that fits me best.
8. I want to have 3 kids. Or, at least, that's what the single, child-free me says now.

er...ok! :)
EDITED: And you bought me a black scarf, does it count?
and 4? that's why you can also cut a piece of tape, take both extremities and glue them together, sticky part on the outside...so you can stick poster to walls and take them down untorned when you get sick of them...or wanna redecorate! ;)

Date: 2008-02-14 07:52 pm (UTC)Ooh, posters! You should try sticky tack. It's this double-sided tape-like square things that you can attach stuff to your walls with. Here in res, we're not allowed to use tape either, so they give us sticky tack for free. ;)

Hmm, sticky tack would be a good idea. Though I've kinda grown out of the poster phase by now... heh. When I was younger, I used to put a few under my desk glass and make a wallpaper of sorts. :D But I don't have a glass for my new desk, so meh.
