Just got home. Thanks to everyone for the wishes! :)

I did okay. I've certainly passed, but... I think I've probably gotten somewhere around 6 (top being 10, bottom being 0, base being 5). Ah, well. It's what I deserved. I mean, the questions *could* have been more to my liking, but I spent less than a week studying Anatomy, so all's well in the world.

On other news, I don't understand how my mom manages to piss me off just by opening her mouth. It must take a special kind of talent for that. (Unless I'm really THAT short-tempered, but she always seems to choose the wrong words to say.)

Also, what's wrong with my Internet? It'd better stop being stupid soon...

Hmmm... well, I'm sure you did well, because Anna is TEH SMART-PWNAGE. So it's NOT PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE for Anna to do badly on exams x.x

And I swear I know exactly what you mean about your mom. [And really I doubt you're short-tempered. You're not the kind of person who regularly complains and whines and bitches out people on their LiveJournals. Which is definitely a good thing.] Perhaps chalk it up to teenage hormones? *le dies*

Okay, my favourite ships:

1. Lily/James
2. Remus/Tonks (which is really up there with Lily/James, it's just that it's more difficult to get right, methinks. Not that Lily/James has better luck, with all the Planks running around loose, but you know what I mean, right?)

3. Bill/Fleur

[another gap for the same reason]

4. Ron/Hermione

[say it with me, another gap]

5. Harry/Ginny. Now, I really wanted Harry be a loner until he defeated Voldemort, and then have him go off and marry a Muggle who would have no idea about the whole Boy-Who-Lived story. But after HBP, I think it's impossible not to ship Harry/Ginny without making both of them look awfully shallow. Unless it's AU, of course.
Personally, I've read pre-HBP H/G fics that, where romance is concerned, were better done than the HBP romance. But anyways. Good H/G, that will work.

6. Other canon pairings, such as Molly/Arthur and Lucius/Narcissa: I *would* read them if I happened upon them, only I don't go actively looking for them. Same for the non-canon Katie/Oliver.

I think that's all, I don't think I'm forgetting anything... I have a tendency to stick to canon, as you see. :D

Hmmm. Okay, then, it's all good. :] (And I seriously know what you mean about all the Planks with Lily/James. But Remus/Tonks, it's kind of difficult to, well, for lack of a better phrase, "get right". )

mothers have a special talent for irritating their children, especially daughters. i think this has a lot to do with closeness, and breaking away and all those adolescent/slightly-post-adolescent things. yeah.
