Today, as I was sitting there at class, I had the weirdest idea for a Lily/James (long?) story. Well, what's weird about it is that it's an obvious one that seems to have been overlooked. I haven't read much Lily/James fic (or even HP fic in general), but I have read some, and I also hang around L/J forums. I've never seen it done.

I'd like to give it a shot. Then again, it's November already. Gotta love the Muse's horrible timing.

Speaking of which, my NaNoWriMo story (so far untitled) is at 1,269 words. Not exactly good, but hey, Wednesday and Thursday are my busiest days. Plus, I intend to write some more tonight, after I'm done with this post.
Seriously, though, who'd want to read this thing? I am all for using your experiences in the stuff you write, but the background of my heroes is too heavily based on mine. If I were to give this to athanamia, she'd be like, "oh, yes, I know, I was THERE when it happened." And I shudder to think what she'd think of the actual plot...

A tiring but good day today. I've been having lots of them since I started full schedule at the Uni. Now I'm feeling some kind of anxiety/worry, but I don't know why. *twitches*

What else? Mmm, I want to share my social developments at the Uni, but not right now. It's funny, but when I'm there, I always ponder things in my head and make the outline of a post in my head, then when I get back home I don't feel like posting these things at all.

And there was another thing I wanted to tell you, but I can't remember - no, wait, I can! I got my driver's licence today, finally! :D Went with Dad to pick it up from the driving school after he picked me up from the Suburban Railway station, then I brought the car home. He was really shocked to see that I can actually drive without crashing on anything! :D (When I realized that, I asked him, "well, how do you think I got my licence?" and he was like, "well, your passing the exam was actually a big shocker in itself..." :p)

I'm gonna NaNoWriMo now... even though my novel sucks majorly.

Ooh, does this mean we can expect the J/L story once November's over?

You've got me all interested in what your NaNoWriMo's about, heh... d'you want to give a plot outline? I'm feeling quite pleased with mine; I've got two chapters down (out of an estimated 20) and just under five thousand words =]

I also plan LJ posts in my head! Whew, I thought that was just me obsessing over things all the time

I don't really know if I'll write the J/L. Half of the ideas I get (especially if they're for longer stories) never get written. But I feel a creative rush coming over, so... who knows! :D

Mmm, well, I usually don't like giving out plot outlines because it feels like spoiling :D But it's basically about a young woman who meets her high school crush again ten years after they've left school, and the circumstances bring them closer...

Yay for you, though, you're doing great :) Keep it up! :)

NGAH, I need to start that NaNoWriMo thing. Except that I kind of... suck at writing, and I don't have a plot. NONE.

Yay for Lily/James! I kinda started working at it yesterday. I've got... less than half a page, but it's a start :p

I don't want to give too much away to make it sound more interesting than it really is but it's basically about a young woman meeting her high school crush again ten years after they've left school, and... well, the genre is 'Romance' *g*

LOL. Yes he did. Just as long as I don't prove him right and crash on a tree or something.

Lily/James fic! You should totally write it; I love that pairing! And my friend is going through this phase where she's obsessed with MWPP and Lily/James fics, so she'd totally read it too!

I'm sure your NaNoWriMo story isn't bad. It can't be worse than mine. :)

Yeah, I guess Tonks/Lupin is a more controversial pairing... But I'm glad you like my Lily/James stories!

All stories will be revealed in due time :D If you want to see any of them earlier, email me and I'll let you have a look ;)

I'll come over at the 25-26 weekend... haven't booked tickets yet, but I'll take care of it soon enough. A thought - on Friday, 24, I have class until 4 p.m. (unless something pops up). If there's a train at around 6 p.m., d'you want me to book a ticket there instead? It'll probably mean I'll arrive after midnight, though...
