Real life update
Sep. 15th, 2006 11:17 pmI took the theoretical driving exam today. Passed it with 30/30 :))
Need to take three more practical lessons and then the practical exam (which I will surely fail the first three or four times) and then I'll have a driver's licence.
(Me, a certified driver? This sounds absolutely outrageous.)
Currently watching Στο Παρά Πέντε. Will get to BRing Cath's stuff once it's over. What with *these* pains starting on Wednesday and with studying for the exam, I couldn't focus on it until now.
Took care of the paperwork required for enrolling to the University. Thankfully, it was much simpler than other departments - at least I don't need to take medical examinations, hehe. Will go with Dad for the enrollment on Tuesday. (Alas, the University is at the opposite side of Athens. Or, well, almost. Pretty far away, in any case.)
Aaaaaaaaanyway, I'm leaving you now. Truth is, I didn't really feel like updating, just thought I should let you know what's going on.
See ya,
Anna.

Date: 2006-09-16 08:00 am (UTC)I'm a very theoretical person, so I passed the theory easily. But then came the actual driving... it took me forever to get to the exam (nearly a year and over fourty lessons). Luckily, I passed it straight away, even though I made a few mistakes. Driving through a red light gave me my license. And I'm still a horror in some ways. Overspeeding when you know it's absolutely save and that you can't be caught is fun. I think I should do a real race in Formula one car some time. *g*
But good luck for you! I hope you're as lucky as I was. :)
