At long last, I stopped procrastinating on it and I bought a microphone! (I can see doranwen doing a little dance there *g*) Also installed Skype :)) If you want to talk to me sometime, my username is annabtg.

Also bought a Bluetooth USB Dongle, to be able to connect my mobile phone to my laptop, and a bag so that I can actually take my laptop with me in a computer bag like a normal person (I used to carry it around in a box. *headdesk*).

Only the phone filters left to buy. Yeah, I forgot to mention - I found out that the reason my DSL connection momentarily stops working when we pick up the phone is that we haven't plugged filters to the phones. Honestly, though, shouldn't someone have told us we need to use filters? How were we supposed to know? And that guy who sold us the DSL kit said 'everything was included'. Yeah, right.

(Of course, I've known that we need to buy filters since June, and it's August. Me, procrastinate? Nah!)

Next on the shopping list: Go buy some shirts and a new pair of shoes BEFORE THE SALES PERIOD IS OVER, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

Yeah. Will do that. On Monday. I promise.

Microphone! An innovative idea. I should get me one of those. Skype seems to be quite the internet trend.

Our generation is so focused on the short term gratification, it's almost pathetic. But it's just so much easier, isn't it?

What kind of box are we talking about for your laptop? Like a cardboard box?

Yes, do buy one. It's handy. And Skype is cool. (Of course, I have yet to use it... but being able to talk to your friends for free is cool by definition.)

Yes, a carboard box. From our electronic scales *cringes* It said Tefal on the front. I bet people thought I was obsessive with my weight...

Actually, now that I think about it, I might have one at home in the office somewhere... Must explore once I return because talking for free pwns all.

Oh, sorry. I forget that people aren't in my head. Procrastination means you have fun now - usually - which I always translate as short term gratification. Everything is so instant now that we are addicted to getting results immediately.

You're kidding. *laughs very loudly* Oh my, that is a bit... strange. "Oh, yes, this is the scale I carry with me everywhere!"

Yeah... I do that sort of thing all the time in real life. On the computer I usually reread and realize no one will know where I'm coming from. Usually.

Either you have a large laptop or a small scale. But huzzah for new laptop bags! I bought a backpack with a laptop slot. It is love.
