List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your LiveJournal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to.
Okay, this meme is coming with the worst. Timing. Ever. Because the same song has remained stuck in my head for exactly two weeks, and still shows no signs of leaving. How am I supposed to come up with 5 more??
Okay, the easy part first:
1. Me Voy A Quitar De En Medio - Vicente Fernández (from the credits of La Mentira)
2. Στου Έρωτα Τη Λάβα - Δημήτρης Θανόπουλος (which is really the same song, only translated in Greek. Sigh.)
For the rest, I guess I'll have to go a few weeks back...
In chronological order, from the more recent to the oldest:
3. Beep - Pussycat Dolls feat. Will.I.Am
4. S.O.S. - Rihanna
5. Pump It - Black Eyed Peas
6. Because Of You - Kelly Clarkson
7. La Camisa Negra - Juanes

Date: 2006-06-15 10:29 pm (UTC)And yay! for someone who knows both versions. Had you watched La Mentira? I had till the middle, when it was first aired, and now I'm downloading the episodes in Spanish *and* catching the dubbed reruns on Μακεδονία TV. It's one of my favourite soaps.
LOL, I try not to clog up my LJ with too many memes, but when I'm tagged by name I do them, optional or not :)

Date: 2006-06-17 08:30 pm (UTC)Oh I love doing meme's as I am sure you gather by my journal. I usually get tagged but occasionaly I do them my self. Like today. I especially like finding the ones related to my fandoms and hobbies etc. The Sword of Truth one I made today was one of those.
I like taking tests and quizes so much that I have a special LJ just for that purpose. I know ppl find them annoying so there you have it. Today I added about 4 or 5 at that particular LJ and all in all I must have about 60 of them. But as I said its a free LJ just for that purpose.
As for Clogging my Lj I dont think the LJ runs out of space ever. Maybe extremely old posts will be deleted eventually but I have yet to reach that stage. And the fact that I tag my entries helps.
Hey do you have three adn four song on your computer? if you do coudl you send them to me via sendspace or soemthing like that? I cant seem to find them.

Date: 2006-06-16 09:02 am (UTC)Well, 'Niktolouloudo' has a typical Greek sound, with Greek instruments and rhythm, while 'Stou erota ti lava' (your phonetic typing is that of ancient Greek, but you've got it right ;) ) is the typical Mexican Mariachi song. Replayed with a different guitar and strings than 'Me Voy A Quitar De En Medio', but basically the same.
Although, they're both kinda mellow, romantic songs, so... sort of the same kind, I guess.
Want me to email you Because Of You? (I haven't downloaded the other ones yet.)
