Oh brother!
Aug. 27th, 2007 11:03 amCRAPPY TELEDOME.
Since we switched to them for Internet access, our DSL constantly has problems. Now we can't get the Ministry of Education site to work, whereas my cousins (who are on OTENET) can AND MY PARENTS ARE BLAMING ME FOR THAT WTF. YOU GET IT TO WORK IF YOU CAN.
Anyways. So our cousins gave us my brother Christos's results. He made it to the Department of Informatics in University of Central Greece (in Lamia), from where he can tranfer to the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications in University of Athens. (That's the university where I am, too. ^_^)
I'm kinda concerned because he wanted Polytechnical school, and I know for sure he'd enjoy a field in engineering whereas he's never been a computer nerdlike me. But he's happy with his results - says he might not know much about it but it seems like an interesting field of study. I really hope he'll end up enjoying his studies.
Although I shouldn't worry about it. He's such a good-natured boy and so easy to please, I'm certain he'll end up enjoying his studies more than I enjoy mine :p
So that's all for now. I wish I could go back to sleep (my father woke me up two hours ago so I could look up Christos's results and I'm running on 5 hours of sleep) but between the phone calls from pretty much everyone and my grandma having come over, it's not so easy.
Off to keep trying to access the Ministry site, ttyl.
Anna.
